Blue Amber

We were first choice when luxury oceanfront developer Blue Amber, launched its very first upmarket villa offerings in Zanzibar to UAE residents. Blue Amber is a luxury mixed-use, waterfront resort development which nestles along four kilometres of magnificent, unspoilt Indian Ocean coastline – occupying 410 hectares of tropical landscape on the north-eastern side of Zanzibar. With the opening up of property investment to foreign nationals, Blue Amber wanted to get it’s messaging out fast – so turned to Shakespeare Communications to deliver several news releases, specifically targeting affluent Arabs and ex-pats in the UAE. As well as securing targeted press coverage, we also passed the developer sales leads.
